At SW Strategic Solutions, we invite our current clients to book a time to discuss your tax or business situation with your accountant. Our dedicated team is here to help you navigate your financial landscape and optimize your tax strategy for lasting success. For non-clients or new inquiries, please visit www.swsstax.com/contact to schedule a New Client Inquiry appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to reserve your appointment. Due to the high volume during tax season, 50% of the booking fee is non-refundable once your appointment is booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee. If you choose to move forward with services, the remaining 50% of the booking fee will be applied toward a tax advisory or other eligible service package. If you do not proceed, that portion is not credited. Thank you for understanding and helping us serve all clients efficiently during tax season.
