At SW Strategic Solutions, we welcome new clients to start their journey with a complimentary 15-minute introductory call. During this conversation, we'll assess your current tax and business needs, aligning our expert services with your goals. After the call, you'll be paired with a dedicated tax accountant specialized in addressing your unique requirements, ensuring you receive tailored support for optimal financial clarity and success.
Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to reserve your appointment. Due to the high volume during tax season, 50% of the booking fee is non-refundable once your appointment is booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the entire booking fee. If you choose to move forward with services, the remaining 50% of the booking fee will be applied toward a tax advisory or other eligible service package. If you do not proceed, that portion is not credited. Thank you for understanding and helping us serve all clients efficiently during tax season.
